Crossing Warmup - Service, Service, Cross w/ pressure

Instructions:

• GK starts in line with S1 but a step behind the cones, S1 service - V
• GK moves laterally to be in line with S2, S2 service - V
• GK opens up towards S1, S1 throws a ball for a cross
  • S2 puts pressure on the GK
